All year Fish Migration and Hydro Power
Let us work with nature to benefit every side. Build external fish ladders at our river dams to provide year around fish migration. Additionally, the flush out of the warm water from the top of the reservoir is an added plus for this design. Please note; the drum gates – which open on the bottom - don't allow the top “warm water” to removal, therefore, the proposed overtopping at the gates in the “fish ladder” proposal. This removal may very well also reduce algae blooms in the Detroit Reservoir and elsewhere, as well as flush out disease conducting bacteria, therefore, imitating the natural stream flows.

With this provision, we can extract electricity from waterways and save the fish population.

Some of this electricity can then be used to propel electrified rail corridors.

Also, we may also be able to use the reservoir for pumped water storage during the electrical slack time - national security.

The Cascadia High-Speed Rail corridor

The  plans show the entire Cascadia High-Speed Rail corridor

Why a Cascadia High-Speed Rail

Public transport becomes increasingly important in cities with limited space. Connecting corridors with high-speed rail between cities will improve intercity transit.
